Director of Nursing Glades INC Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418 =irector of Nursing – Home Health $120,000 Base + Bonus Program A reputable and growing Home Health agency is seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations and support overall agency performance. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a strong clinician with proven operational management and team-building capabilities. The Role As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee all clinical functions, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency across the agency’s operations. With an active patient census of 140-160 , you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, supporting staff, and driving strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight of all clinical staff including field nurses, therapists, and care coordinators Ensure regulatory compliance with Medicare, state, and accreditation requirements Manage staff scheduling, hiring, training, and performance evaluation to ensure care delivery excellence Collaborate with administrative and business development teams to support census growth and care expansion Conduct quality assurance reviews and implement improvement strategies to enhance patient outcomes Travel between office locations as needed to maintain continuity and clinical alignment Ideal Background Current RN license in the state of Florida (required) Prior leadership experience in a home health setting, ideally as a DON or Administrator In-depth understanding of Medicare guidelines and home health regulations Strong organizational and leadership skills with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with a focus on team development and patient care

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
