Full-time Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) t o lead clinical operations and support growth across multiple Medicare-certified home health branches. This individual must be willing to assist with census development and staffing in both branches , providing leadership and hands-on support as we expand. The ideal candidate will possess strong Medicare home health knowledge, supervisory experience, and a background in acute care. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the agency. Provide case management support and clinical supervision as needed. Assist with growth initiatives, including supporting census development in both branches. Recruit, train, and evaluate field clinicians and office staff. Review and approve care plans and clinical documentation. Ensure ongoing compliance with Medicare regulations and accreditation standards. Collaborate with other departments and physicians to ensure patient-centered care.
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range :
$80,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus :

Strong working knowledge of Medicare Home Health Conditions of Participation. Experience using Kinnser/WellSky and Forcura preferred . Preferred Skills Previous DON or CM experience in home health. Proficiency in OASIS documentation and workflow management. Familiarity with PDGM and home health billing best practices. Ability to adapt and thrive in a growing multi-branch environment.
