The Regional Director of Nursing routinely consults with facilities in regards to (but not limited to): resident care, State & Federal surveys, regulatory compliance, and clinical services. Regional Director of Nursing Responsibilities Assess & evaluate clinical services to identify areas for clinical improvement and ensure quality of care May be assigned to function as DON as needed Reviewing candidates for RN Management positions Supervise and mentor clinical staff, fostering professional development. Establishes quarterly/annual performance improvement goals with clinical staff Promotes core values, policies & standards of practice Ensures compliance with CHC policies, State/ Federal regulations, and current standards of practice Regional Director of Nursing Qualifications At least 3-5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing or Regional Director of Nursing role Candidate must possess a valid RN or LPN license Must have previous experience in senior living and memory care.
