The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pediatric care, and will be responsible for overseeing nursing operations, staff management, and compliance with healthcare regulations. This leadership role requires a commitment to quality patient outcomes and the ability to foster a collaborative environment among healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Supervise nursing staff. Conduct regular documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies. Provide leadership and support to nursing staff through mentoring, training, in-services, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that meet individual needs. Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives as necessary. Stay updated on best practices in nursing care and healthcare systems to enhance service delivery. Upkeeping of MARs, POCs, flow sheets, assessments, etc. Comply with PPEC regulations Skills Extensive knowledge of pediatrics and PPEC operations preferred. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Proficient in documentation review processes and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and promote a positive work environment.
