Executive Director Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center of Deland 450 North Mcdonald Avenue, DeLand, FL 32724 Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center of DeLand is seeking an experienced Executive Director(Administrator) to lead our Healthcare Organization. The Executive Director will lead, guide and direct the operations of our Healthcare facility in accordance with local, state, and Federal regulations, standards and established facility policies and procedures to provide appropriate care and services to residents. This position requires strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate staff, drive performance improvement, and engage with the community to enhance the organization’s reputation and services offered. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards in health care. Manage financial performance,Leads budget development with department heads. Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, government agencies, and industry organizations. Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, diversity, and inclusion among staff. Facilitates, serves, attends or participates in various committees of the facility as necessary Requirements A valid, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator’s license in the state of FL. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration preferred. Must have at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a hosptial, nursing home or other related health care facility. Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care. Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English Language.
