Director of Nursing Bryan County Health & Rhab Center Richmond Hill, GA 31324 Job Summary As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee all nursing operations within our healthcare facility. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, managing nursing staff, and implementing nursing policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff Develop and implement care plans for patients Review and update documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance Manage nursing shifts effectively to maintain optimal staffing levels Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive c Utilize in-depth knowledge of physiology and anatomy in patient care Skills Strong leadership abilities to guide nursing staff effectively Proficiency in developing and reviewing care plans Solid understanding of anatomy and physiology to inform patient care decisions Excellent documentation review skills for maintaining accurate records Ability to manage nursing shifts efficiently
