Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all operations of theNursing Department Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations,and internal standards Promote a healthy physical, social, andpsychological environment for residents Anticipate and proactivelyrespond to resident and staff needs Provide oversight and guidanceon clinical practices and staff training Foster a culture ofcontinuous development and high-quality care

Requirements:

CurrentRN license in good standing 5-7 years of nursing experience inlong-term care 5 years of management/supervisory experienceKnowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations Strong leadership andgoal-setting abilities Skilled in coaching and developinghigh-performing teams

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directlymanages subordinate supervisors and their teams within the HealthCenter Responsible for hiring, training, performance evaluations,and staff development Ensures department operations comply withorganizational policies and applicable laws

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in nursing required Deep understanding ofgeriatric care, chronic medical conditions, rehabilitation, andindependence promotion
