Role Overview:
The ADON plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of resident care and staff performance.
You will:
Oversee daily clinical operations alongside the Director of Nursing Coordinate and manage individualized nursing care plans Help develop and implement specialized clinical programs Support compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality care Participate in the nursing home survey process Lead quality assurance and infection control efforts Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff Organize and facilitate in-service education and training
Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of Georgia (required) Strong leadership and team-building skills Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (highly desired) Experience in infection prevention (preferred) Passion for training and staff development
