Director of Nursing (DON) As DON, you ‘ll lead clinical operations and drive high standards in patient care, nursing practices, and staff performance. You’ll be a strategic partner in achieving operational success, compliance, and a top-tier resident experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Leadership & Operations Management Oversee the nursing department to ensure regulatory and policy compliance Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and development Serve as acting Executive Director in their absence 2. Clinical Excellence & Quality Care Lead care planning, clinical rounds, and documentation practices Develop individualized care plans to support optimal functioning Monitor resident outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives 3.
