Executive Director:
The Fountainview Center is seeking a highly skilled, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator who will oversee the day-to-day operations of our 120-bed long-term care center in Atlanta. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while fostering a safe, caring, and efficient environment for both residents and staff.

Executive Director:
Oversee all operational aspects of the center to ensure a high standard of care and safety for residents. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including compliance with healthcare standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents’ families to ensure open communication and resident satisfaction. Create and oversee performance improvement initiatives and ensure that quality care standards are met. Oversee financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control. Collaborate with healthcare providers and other departments to ensure a continuum of care for residents. Resolve resident grievances and address barriers to effective care. Minimum Qualifications for the
Executive Director:
Active Georgia License as a Long-Term Care / Nursing Home Administrator. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in long-term care administration. In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing homes. Proven experience in managing facility operations and team leadership. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
