• 8hrs/eve, Mon-Fri Job Summary This role isresponsible for directing the operation of the hospital onevenings, nights and weekends.

This direction includesresponsibility not only for the inpatient units, but for allancillary and support departments that operate during these hours.

Experience

• Three years of successful leadership experiencestrongly preferred.
• Experience in successful conflict resolutionrequired.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the daily operationsof an acute care Medical Center, including experience handlingemergency/trauma and critical care situations required.
• Workingknowledge of staffing systems preferred. Education
• Bachelor’sDegree required, preferably in Nursing, Business or Allied Healthfield. MSN preferred.
• Documented evidence of continuing educationand continued professional growth and progress in health care andnursing required or preferred. License & Certifications
• RNLicense-Current Massachusetts RN license required.
