What You’ll Do:

As the Director of Nursing, you willprovide strategic leadership to the nursing team, setting goals andobjectives aligned with our mission. You will foster excellence andinnovation in nursing care. Your leadership will shape the cultureof our facility and drive the advancement of healthcare practice.

The Director of Nursing Services has 24-hour accountability and isresponsible for the delivery of high-quality and cost-effectivehealth care at the center, while achieving positive clinicaloutcomes, and patient/resident and employee satisfaction.

KeyResponsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of nurses andhealthcare professionals Develop and implement strategicinitiatives to enhance nursing practices Oversee nursingoperations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance Sethigh standards to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to ourresidents Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimizeresident care plans Ensure compliance to regulatory standards Drivea culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing careIf you are a visionary nursing leader with a passion fortransforming healthcare, consider this exceptional Director ofNursing opportunity! What You’ll Bring:

Qualifications of a Director ofNursing include: Valid state RN nursing license Advanced degree orcertification preferred Commitment to resident-centered care andexcellence in healthcare delivery Visionary mindset with a focus oninnovation and quality improvement Compassionate and empatheticapproach to patient care Interest in the nursing needs of the agedand the chronically ill with the ability to work with both Strongclinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skillsExperience in a senior nursing leadership role in a Long-Term Careor similar healthcare setting preferred Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a dynamicand fast-paced environment•: We Hire for Heart!
