Job Description
We are hiring a Director of Nursing for a small, privately held, nursing home and long term care facility in the Boston area.
The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall supervision, provision, and quality of nursing care.
You would be responsible for the selection, training, discipline and supervision of the nursing staff, working with the supplies and equipment and departmental budgets. Job DescriptionMust be comfortable working autonomously as a DON and working alongside an experienced team of healthcare professionals.
