Qualifications:

RN – Registered Nurse – Missouri State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure within 90 days Experience as an RN in a Skilled Nursing Facility Desire to lead and mentor a team of clinical staff, while fostering a strong working relationship with interdisciplinary team Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, providers and staff Belief in a customer service focused approach to care

Responsibilities:

The DNS is responsible for organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Clinical Nursing department to assure patient safety and attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each patient.
