Responsibilities Lead and manage the nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient care. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with best practices and regulatory standards. Oversee patient care services, ensuring adherence to quality standards and protocols. Manage staffing schedules, including shift management, to ensure adequate coverage for all nursing shifts. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans effectively. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with Medicare regulations. Conduct regular assessments of nursing practices and implement improvements as necessary. Provide training and professional development opportunities for nursing staff to enhance their skills.
