Generous salary Benefits including Comprehensive Health, Vision and Dental Ongoing training and support from Regional Nurses As an Assistant Director of Nursing Services, you will: Support the Director of Nursing (DON) in maintaining quality care standards Supervise Nursing Services round the clock Assume DON responsibilities during their absence Lead and coordinate care plans for each resident Ensure the delivery of passionate quality care Oversee competency testing for nursing personnel Prepare for state inspection surveys Collaborate with department heads for resident care Provide 24-hour “on call” service for emergencies Manage and define goals and roles within the nursing department Build and lead a nursing leadership team Investigate and resolve resident/family complaints Collaborate with the healthcare team to carry out physician orders

Requirements:
