PM Compensation:
Starting at $150,000 annually, based on experience We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director to lead and support daily operations across two Northern New Jersey locations—Summit and Paramus. This leader will provide strategic oversight and serve as a liaison between department heads to ensure alignment, operational efficiency, and high standards of care. As the company continues to expand, this role will allow the CEO to fully transition into business scaling and executive-level responsibilities. The Executive Director will be responsible for mentoring and supervising four key department leaders while serving as a resource and sounding board to the broader team. This individual must bring a solutions-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and an understanding of clinical care delivery in complex healthcare settings. Compensation & Benefits Salary starting at $150,000+, based on experience Health, vision, and dental insurance: 75% employer-paid (employee-only coverage) 401(k) with employer matching 15 days PTO 2 floating holidays 6 paid holidays Key Responsibilities Oversee and provide direct support to:the Director of Nursing, Director of Care Management, Director of Business Development, and Director of Case Management Support and improve workflow across departments, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and collaboration Ensure compliance, quality, and clinical integrity across nursing operations Participate in hiring and interview processes for key staff and clinical hires Conduct daily check-ins with department leaders to review progress, identify obstacles, and support resolution Supervise the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of clinical and administrative documentation Step in to triage schedules or resolve operational bottlenecks as needed Qualifications RN preferred but not required Minimum of 5 years in a healthcare leadership role Strong supervisory experience in one or more of the following settings: Home Care, Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Director of Nursing or similar leadership roles Demonstrated success in supporting and mentoring multidisciplinary teams Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Experience in growing or scaling healthcare operations is strongly preferred Must be collaborative, approachable, and comfortable with a leadership style that emphasizes listening and thoughtful decision-making Company Snapshot Current census: 80 Staff size: 200+ caregivers (PRN, part-time, and full-time) This is an opportunity to join a values-driven, fast-growing healthcare organization that values leadership grounded in empathy, strategic thinking, and action.
