Who We’reLooking For:

We are seeking a dedicated and experiencedprofessional who embodies the following:

Licensure & Experience:

Acurrent RN license with a minimum of 5 years of experience as aDirector of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).

RegulatoryExpertise:

A proven track record of compliance with state andfederal regulations, in-depth knowledge of the CMS 5-Star QualityRating System, and demonstrated success in achieving positiveclinical outcomes.

Leadership & Education:

A natural educator whothrives on teaching, mentoring, and inspiring clinical team membersto excel.
