About Us:

We are a Medicaid-certified homecare agency with offices in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We are committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care in the communities we serve. We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee clinical operations across both states, including supervision of Registered Nurses, Nurse Case Managers, and Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical operations for both NJ and PA offices, including nursing and aide staff.
• Ensure compliance with all state and Medicaid regulations.
• Provide support for state audits, quality assurance, and documentation reviews.
• Supervise initial assessments, plan of care development, and ongoing clinical oversight.
• Conduct supervisory visits and staff performance evaluations in both states.
• Lead clinical training, policy development, and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, scheduling, and compliance teams across regions.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the State of New Jersey
• Multi-state RN license preferred, especially for PA oversight.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience, with 1+ years in homecare (Medicaid preferred).
• Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
• Experience managing teams across multiple locations or regions is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with CHHA oversight and documentation requirements.
• Knowledge of EVV and Medicaid compliance systems in both states.
