Up to $220,000 Are you a dynamic leader ready to make a difference? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Nursing to guide our dedicated team in delivering exceptional care and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with current rules and regulations. Develop, maintain, and update policies and procedures for the Nursing Department. Contribute to and implement the Facility’s quality assurance program. Participate in government agency surveys and inspections as requested by the Administrator. Conduct daily rounds to ensure nursing personnel meet established standards. Address and resolve complaints or grievances from staff, residents, and families.

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and registration in New York State. Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long-Term Care , with managerial responsibilities. Proven leadership and management skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
