Compensation:

The anticipated wage for this position is between $150,000 and $170,000/yr. Yearly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the entire nursing team to ensure exceptional patient care Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain high standards Manage the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing employment of nursing staff Maintain adequate staffing levels and support ongoing professional development Monitor nursing staff conduct and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations Stay informed of all incidents and assess residents’ healthcare needs Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

Pay Details:
