Job Description
Director of Nursing (DON) YES, I am talking to you! We need you to lead our dedicated team in a top-tier Skilled Nursing Facility. If you have strong leadership skills, prior DON experience in long-term care, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do:
Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality care for all residents.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
Oversee hiring, training, and professional development of nursing staff.
Maintain staffing levels and ensure ongoing staff competency.
Manage employee conduct and stay informed on facility incidents.
Assess and meet the health needs of each resident.
What We’re Looking For:
Current RN license (State-specific)
5+ years of LTC experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
