We invite you to join our team!•: The Pines atBristol, one of National Health Care Associate’s 23 skilled nursingcenters in CT, with a Top 10% CMS State Ranking, is in need of anexperienced Director of Nursing Services (RN) . We are seeking ahands-on, dedicated Patient Care Advocate to lead our nursingdepartment and strong management team (ADNS, SDC, MDS, etc) at ourrecently renovated, 132-bed center which averages a 96-97% dailycensus, with up to 50 Admissions/month and a solid track record ofSurvey results. The Pines at Bristol is a Union-free center withstable staffing, a positive, collaborative environment as well asthe regional corporate clinical support to ensure your success inproviding high quality care and customer service to our residents,families, and staff.

What You’ll Do:

As the Director of Nursing,you will provide strategic leadership to the nursing team, settinggoals and objectives aligned with our mission. You will fosterexcellence and innovation in nursing care. Your leadership willshape the culture of our facility and drive the advancement ofhealthcare practice. The Director of Nursing Services has 24-houraccountability and is responsible for the delivery of high-qualityand cost-effective health care at the center, while achievingpositive clinical outcomes, and patient/resident and employeesatisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and inspire ateam of nurses and healthcare professionals Develop and implementstrategic initiatives to enhance nursing practices Oversee nursingoperations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance Sethigh standards to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to ourresidents Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimizeresident care plans Ensure compliance to regulatory standards Drivea culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing careIf you are a visionary nursing leader with a passion fortransforming healthcare, consider this exceptional Director ofNursing opportunity!
