We invite you to join our newest team at the SharonCenter for Health & Rehabilitation!•: Sharon Center for Health ℜhabilitation, an 88-bed nursing home and short-term rehab center,is seeking a Director of Nursing Services. Sharon is amember-facility of National Health Care Associates (NHCA) , one ofthe premier providers of high-quality long-term care and short-termrehabilitation services with 41 skilled nursing facilities (23 inCT) and 7000 employees in the Northeast U.S. With a home-likeenvironment and approachable staff, Sharon Center seeks a DNS whocan bring staff along with clinical programming. In addition to agenerous compensation, vacation, and benefits package, the Directorof Nursing will be eligible for NHCA’s Defined Contribution Planwhich automatically bonuses an additional 10% of compensationannually.
What You’ll Do:
As the Director of Nursing, you willprovide strategic leadership to the nursing team, setting goals andobjectives aligned with our mission. You will foster excellence andinnovation in nursing care. Your leadership will shape the cultureof our facility and drive the advancement of healthcare practice.
The Director of Nursing Services has 24-hour accountability and isresponsible for the delivery of high-quality and cost-effectivehealth care at the center, while achieving positive clinicaloutcomes, and patient/resident and employee satisfaction.
KeyResponsibilities:

What You’ll Bring:
