ADON Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control programs in compliance with state and federal regulations. Educate staff on infection prevention protocols and ensure compliance. Conduct audits, track infection data, and report trends to leadership. Assist the Director of Nursing with clinical operations, staff management, and quality improvement initiatives. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff.
ADON Qualifications:
Active RN license in Pennsylvania (required). Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC) or willingness to obtain. Prior experience in infection prevention and/or nursing leadership in long-term care (preferred). Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. A commitment to providing high-quality care with compassion and professionalism.
