We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the Director of Nursing (DON) for our Home Health agency. The DON is responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and maintaining high standards of patient care. This role is a blend of leadership, administrative, and clinical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinical operations and supervise nursing and clinical staff Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures to ensure the highest standard of care. Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and accrediting body regulations. Monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction; implement improvements where necessary. Review and approve patient care plans and documentation. Coordinate interdisciplinary team meetings and care conferences. Serve as a liaison between physicians, patients, caregivers, and agency staff. Participate in quality improvement and infection control initiatives. Provide direct patient care when needed and support clinical staff in the field.

Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted RN license in Penslyvania. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) Prior experience as a DON or Clinical Manager in a home health setting.
