Director of Nursing (DON) Daimanta Solutions Private Limited Wallingford, PA Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and manage all nursing operations within our facility, which includes Long-Term Care (LTC), rehabilitation (rehab), assisted living, hospice, and home care services. The DON will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and uphold the highest standards of clinical and regulatory compliance across all care environments. Key Responsibilities Oversee and direct the daily operations of the nursing department across LTC, rehab, assisted living, hospice, and home care settings Supervise, support, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure optimal performance and professional development Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans tailored to each patient’s needs Ensure full compliance with state and federal regulatory standards, including those specific to LTC and rehab facilities Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare regulations and reimbursement protocols to support accurate billing and cost-effective care delivery Qualifications Proven experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably as a DON in an LTC or rehab setting Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and advanced nursing practices Demonstrated ability to manage nursing operations in diverse care environments Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license

$60.00 – $70.00 per hour
