Director of Nursing (DON) – RN NorthernBase 115 South Providence Road, Wallingford, PA 19086 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in compliance with regulations and standards. Duties Review and manage documentation, care plans, and medical records Provide leadership in nursing administration, including staff supervision and shift management Coordinate home care and hospice care services Implement systems to enhance patient care quality and efficiency Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and company policies Experience Proven experience in nursing leadership roles Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards Experience in managing home care or hospice care services is a plus Familiarity with electronic medical record systems We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about improving patient care to apply for this vital leadership position within our organization.
