Staffers LLC is seeking a compassionate and driven Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing/Chief Nursing Officer in the daily operations of behavorial health clinic. The ADON will assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising the safe and effective delivery of nursing and behavioral health services. This leadership role requires a proactive, empathetic, and professional approach in a multidisciplinary treatment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing policies and procedures Monitor staffing, patient care, and regulatory compliance Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery Participate in quality improvement initiatives Ensure adherence to facility goals and clinical standards
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred) Active PA or PA Compact RN license Certified in Psychiatric Nursing (preferred) Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience At least 2 years of experience in psychiatric or behavioral health preferred Strong skills in clinical assessment, staffing, budgeting, and documentation Knowledge of regulatory requirements in a behavioral health setting

Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30
PM On-call Rotation:

PAY/BONUS
