As the Director of Wellness for The Blake at Carnes Crossroads you’ll be responsible for overseeing a diverse set of responsibilities, including: Overseeing the Wellness (Nursing Care) department to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations Managing nursing and personal care personnel to oversee resident well-being and care Evaluating the physical, functional, and psycho-social condition of residents taking proactive care measures Promoting exceptional care and fostering service excellence Guaranteeing compliance with both Federal and State regulations and standards for the community Requirements A genuine heart that thrives on serving others Bachelor’s degree in nursing from accredited nursing college or university Three+ years of nursing experience Two years+ supervisory experience Current RN license as required by state regulations Must have experience in hiring staff, managing budgets, and managing schedules Must be flexible and prepared to assist on a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Qualifications that
