Position Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of college of nursing. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Master’s Degree is strongly preferred. Specialty certification also preferred. Two years’ experience in nursing administration or supervision, plus experience in psychiatric nursing. Advanced or thorough knowledge (equivalent to Master’s level) of psychiatric and general nursing care concepts. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina. Thorough familiarity of psych pharmacy & the use of psychotropic medications. Record of consistently high quality of clinical and interpersonal skills to be an exemplary role model to others.
