The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership within a group home setting and possess the financial acumen necessary for effective budgeting and resource management. Duties Oversee daily operations of the care facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, focusing on memory care and dementia care. Lead, mentor, and train staff in best practices for medication administration and resident engagement. Manage budgeting processes to ensure financial sustainability while maintaining quality care services. Advocate for resident rights and ensure that all staff members uphold these principles in their interactions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and community resources to enhance the quality of life for residents. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes. Experience Proven leadership experience in a long-term care or group home setting is essential. Strong knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting and resource allocation. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and memory care needs is highly desirable. Familiarity with medication administration protocols and resident rights regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
