Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overalloperation of the department in accordance with Company policies,and standards of nursing practices and government regulations, soas to maintain quality care. Delegate to the Charge Nurses andNurse Supervisors the administrative authority, responsibility, andaccountability necessary to perform their assigned duties. What youNeed to make a Difference Registered Nurse in good standing withrequired current state license. Minimum of three (3) years nursingexperience. One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisoryexperience preferred. Must have a current/active CPR certification.
