$71.5K – $86.8K a year 1 day ago Qualifications RN License Mid-level Supervising experience LPN Care plans Leadership 2 years Nursing Full Job Description Assistant Director of Nursing – Skilled Nursing Facility outside of Nashville, Tennessee Must be a LPN or RN (Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse) A skilled nursing facility near Nashville, TN is seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing and help lead our nursing department at a skilled nursing facility known for compassion and clinical integrity.
What You’ll Do:
Support daily clinical operations and ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care Assist with staff supervision, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Promote adherence to care plans, regulatory standards, and infection control protocols Serve as a resource for nursing staff, helping to foster a positive and accountable work culture Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and state surveys Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth communication and care coordination
What We’re Looking For:
Current LPN or RN license in good standing (state of Tennessee) 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred A compassionate leader who leads by example and builds team morale Why Join Us?
