Difference:

As the Executive Director you will be responsible for leading and directing the overall operations of the facility in accordance with customer needs, government regulations and Company policies, with focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents while achieving business objectives. Lead the facility management staff and consultants in developing and working from a business plan that focuses on all aspects of facility operations, including setting priorities and job assignment. Oversee regular rounds to monitor delivery of nursing care, operation of support departments, cleanliness and appearance of facility, morale of staff and ensure resident needs are being addressed. Responsible for Quality Assurance (QA) program within facility. Maintain a working knowledge of and confirm compliance with government regulations. What you Need to make a

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in state operating in, strongly preferred. Minimum of three (3) years related operational experience.
