Job Description
Are you a skilled and dedicated nursing leader with a passion for behavioral health and patient-centered care? We are seeking a
- Director of Nursing (DON)
- who is ready to bring their clinical leadership and operational experience to a team that’s making a real impact in recovery and rehabilitation. In this full-time leadership role, you’ll provide strategic oversight and day-to-day management of our nursing staff while supporting our mission of delivering high-quality, compassionate care to individuals on their journey to recovery.

- Full-time | 5 days/week | Day shift

On-Call Requirement:
- Must be available for on-call and to cover other shifts as needed

Responsibilities:
- + Oversee the delivery of nursing care across all shifts to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes + Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance + Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations, including TJC, CMS, and state licensing standards + Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to improve patient care and operational efficiency + Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, treatment planning, and discharge planning + Monitor and maintain inventory of medications and medical supplies + Handle staffing schedules, call-outs, and shift coverage as needed + Serve as the on-call nursing leader for clinical decision-making and emergency situations + Provide direct patient care when necessary to support nursing staff or cover shifts •
Requirements:
- + •Current RN license•in the state of Tennessee (unencumbered) + •Minimum of 3 years•of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role + Experience in •behavioral health, addiction recovery, or residential treatment•strongly preferred + Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, clinical documentation, and care planning + Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills + Ability to be flexible, reliable, and present in an on-call capacity when needed •

Pay Details:
- $45.
