Are you a skilled and dedicated nursing leader with a passion for behavioral health and patient-centered care? We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) who is ready to bring their clinical leadership and operational experience to a team that’s making a real impact in recovery and rehabilitation.
In this full-time leadership role, you’ll provide strategic oversight and day-to-day management of our nursing staff while supporting our mission of delivering high-quality,passionate care to individuals on their journey to recovery.

Location:

Columbia, TN

Compensation:

$50/hour

Schedule:

Full-time | 5 days/week | Day shift

On-Call Requirement:

Must be available for on-call and to cover other shifts as needed

Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery of nursing care across all shifts to ensure patient safety and quality oues
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance
Ensurepliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations, including TJC, CMS, and state licensing standards
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to improve patient care and operational efficiency
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, treatment planning, and discharge planning
Monitor and maintain inventory of medications and medical supplies
Handle staffing schedules, call-outs, and shift coverage as needed
Serve as the on-call nursing leader for clinical decision-making and emergency situations
Provide direct patient care when necessary to support nursing staff or cover shifts

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of Tennessee (unencumbered)
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
Experience in behavioral health, addiction recovery, or residential treatment strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of regulatorypliance, clinical documentation, and care planning
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, andanizational skills
Ability to be flexible, reliable, and present in an on-call capacity when needed
