$130K base + bonus incentive + $15K sign-on + relocation assistance

Reports:

2 House Supervisors (1 day / 1 night)

We’re working with a long-term acute care facility in the Bristol market that is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to lead their clinical team. This is an ideal opportunity for a Nurse Manager (ICU or MedSurg) or a Director-level nurse ready to step into a hospital-wide leadership role.

Position Highlights:

Critical illness recovery hospital located within a larger regional medical center
Close-knit team and supportive leadership environment
Focused on providing extended care to complex, high-acuity patients

Experience:

Proven success managing or supervising inpatient units in an acute or post-acute setting (ICU, MedSurg, step-down, etc.)
Prior leadership in a small hospital, LTACH, or specialty facility is highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to build and support multidisciplinary clinical teams
Comfortable working in a patient-centered, outcomes-driven environment
Experience with regulatory readiness (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS) is a plus

Requirements:

BSN required
3+ years of hospital nursing experience in a managerial or supervisory role
Active RN license (or ability to obtain in TN)
BLS required
ACLS required within 6 months of hire
