Our unique business model helps the residents of the facility to maintain their health, strength, safety, and independence by providing therapy directly as Outpatient Therapy and through the Home Health network when needed—but never requires the Rehab Director or therapist to travel outside the facility to provide patient care services. The ideal candidate for Rehab Director will have previous experience in leading a therapy department. This position coordinates activity and communication between our therapy team, AL/IL facility team, and in-house Home Health agencies to ensure the resident clinical needs are met in a timely fashion. The Rehab Director is a treating position which will meet productivity goals. Our organizational goal is to help patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their quality of life through therapeutic exercises and hands-on techniques.
