Director of Rehabilitation Services Confidential Fruitland Park, FL 34731 Director of Rehabilitation – Subacute Facility Fruitland Park, FL Full-time | In-House Position A well-established healthcare organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead the rehab department at a subacute care facility. This in-house leadership role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in patient care and team development.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and clinical leadership to the rehabilitation department (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP) Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Foster a collaborative, patient-focused environment Oversee staff scheduling, documentation, and performance evaluations Partner with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes and program development
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant or Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a rehab setting (subacute or SNF preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate clinical teams
