• Physical Therapist (RPT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OTR), or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) We are looking for a proactive leader and caregiver with a positive “team player” attitude and meets the following requirements: Graduate of an accredited therapy program
• Physical Therapist (PT), PTA, Occupational Therapist (OT), or COTA
• Current state licensure
• Experience with PDPM and MDS management preferred
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
