Overview:
Glen Ridge is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Rehab Director to lead our skilled and dedicated rehabilitation team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced therapist ready to step into leadership — or for a motivated clinician ready to grow into a director role. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong clinical skills, leadership potential, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the rehab department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy services Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care Manage and support rehab staff including scheduling, mentoring, and performance evaluations Monitor compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Track department metrics and contribute to facility goals
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist in [State] Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting is preferred but not required Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Passionate about clinical excellence and team development
