RN Director of Nursing
- $10,000 Sign on Award
- Russell Park Rehab & Living Center, A 50 bed Skilled/LTC facility, has an opportunity for an RN to join our team as Director of Nursing. We have a stable management team and offer a comprehensive benefit package that includes tuition reimbursement.
- Registered Nurse with a history in long term care. A minimum of five years management experience preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with Medicare, Medicaid, case mix and rehab/sub-acute services.
- Demonstrated background in financial management, policy/procedure implementation, and ability to manage all aspects of the nursing department.
- Must have excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
