Qualifications:

Job Summary The TherapyProgram Director (PD) is responsible for directing clinicalassessments, program development, quality improvement, andproductivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinaryenvironment in campus location/s, home health, and/or outpatientcare. Adheres to compliance with state licensure requirements andthe company’s policies and procedures, professional practices andethical standards. Demonstrates accountability for and contributesto program development, quality improvement, problem solving andproductivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinaryenvironment. Licenses and Certifications Must have and maintain acurrent, valid state licensure in respective discipline Currentvalid CPR certification, preferred

Qualifications Education:

Degreein Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Experience:

Minimum1 year experience in delivering skilled rehab services Roles andResponsibilities

  • Design and implement therapy programs andprotocols that align with the facility’s mission, goals, andstandards of care.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of therapists,providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensurehigh-quality patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectivenessof therapy programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards,accreditation requirements, and best practices.
  • Oversee theallocation and management of resources, including staffing,equipment, and budget, to support the successful delivery oftherapy services.
  • Organize and facilitate ongoing training andprofessional development opportunities for therapy staff to enhancetheir skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze program data and outcomes toidentify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhanceprogram effectiveness and patient satisfaction.
  • Meets therequirements of specific therapy discipline to deliver skilledrehab services within scope of credentials and/or license.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensivepatient care.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Physical RequirementsSitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping,walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must beable to lift at least 50lbs.
