For more than 40 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. Our CARF-accredited programs provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries. This position directs and evaluates the assessment and development of all client treatment plans and programming. This role is responsible for the clinical supervision of staff and clinical direction of the programs as well as quality management. In addition, the position oversees and manages all assigned programs, and is specifically responsible for program operations, finances and personnel. Essential Duties & Functions Coordinate and hold regular meetings to discuss potential admissions and discharges, client issues, staff issues, overall clinical programs and any related budgetary issues Meet regularly with Regional Vice President of Clinical Operations to discuss program, personnel, budget, client and company issues Demonstrates ability to build relationships and work effectively with others at all levels inside and outside of the organization Ensures consistent interpretation of and compliance with all of Collage policies and procedures by using the policy and procedures manual, personnel manual, medical and emergency procedures handbook, and other related materials as resources Analyze data to evaluate, revise and develop systems and procedures to enhance operations and clinical effectiveness of designated sites Responsible for program evaluation/quality assessment systems; tracking, completion, and timeliness Responsible for compliance with policies and procedures in human resource administration, legal considerations, facilities/properties/vehicles management, compensation administration, and health and safety Constantly evaluate systems and procedures to look for more efficient and effective ways to run programs and develop other services and new program ideas. Approve all program expenses, purchases and maintenance Education & Experience A license and/or advanced degree in mental health or rehabilitation, along with a minimum of five years’ experience in brain injury rehabilitation, is preferred Experience treating more medically complex individuals is a plus A minimum of three years of supervisory experience is required Superior planning, organizational, writing, speaking, and time management skills are also required Excellent leadership, supervisory, and communication skills are essential Exceptional ability to communicate with families, professionals, and all staff is a must Exceptional clinical skills, as shown by the ability to resolve crises, evaluate client needs, formulate and monitor treatment, are necessary Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Regularly required to communicate, both orally and in writing; occasionally required to speak on the telephone for extended periods of time Regularly required to demonstrate a high degree of attention to details, quality standards and accuracy Must have the ability to handle and organize multiple priorities and deadlines Must have the ability to travel up to 20% of the time spent working in this position Must have the ability to occasionally lift and or move 30 lbs. or more.
