What You’ll Do:
Supervise and support allmembers of the rehab team across all disciplines Ensure clinicalprograms are operating effectively and consistently Lead andparticipate in all facility meetings as scheduled by the regionalor management Assist in developing and implementing new clinicalprograms and initiatives Monitor compliance with screening policiesand documentation standards Oversee timely completion ofdocumentation and chart audits Ensure staff adhere to all policiesand procedures Collaborate with facility and upper management tosupport rehab goals and quality care
Qualifications:
Licensedtherapist (PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP) in the state of practicePrevious leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab settingStrong organizational, communication, and team-building skillsKnowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program complianceAbility to manage staff performance and clinical quality Refer aFriend & Earn Up to $1,000!
