Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our residents through compassionate care and innovative rehabilitation programs. This facility is Certified at 120 beds. We are looking for DI rector who is either a Physical Therapist and or a Physical Therapist Assistant. Summary We are seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will oversee the rehabilitation department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care while managing resources effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in enhancing patient outcomes and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities Lead and manage the rehabilitation department, ensuring high standards of care. Develop and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to patient needs. Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for the department. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare standards. Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care effectively. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Conduct staff training and development to enhance team performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience in healthcare management or rehabilitation services. (if licensed as a Physical Therapis) associates degree if licensed as a Physical therapist assistant Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance. Excellent budgeting and financial management skills. Familiarity with utilization management practices is a plus. Effective leadership and communication skills.
