Job Overview:

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will lead and oversee all aspects of the rehabilitation department, ensuring high-quality care for our residents. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement therapy plans that promote wellness, recovery, and improved quality of life.

Director of Rehabilitation Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of skilled therapists (PT, OT, SLP) and support staff. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized therapy programs for residents. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies. Monitor and manage departmental budgets and resources effectively. Provide ongoing training and mentorship to staff. Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Director of Rehabilitation Requirements:

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Pennsylvania. Proven experience in rehabilitation management, preferably in a long-term care setting. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in rehabilitation services.
