We emphasize patient education, and high-quality clinical care. Summary We are seeking an EKG Technician to join our dynamic team at Cardiac Clinic. In this role, you will play a vital part in performing and interpreting EKG tests and assisting with diagnostic evaluations to support our patients’ cardiovascular health. Your contributions will be essential in delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Perform and interpret EKG tests accurately and efficiently for patients as directed by physicians. Monitor and record vital signs before, during, and after procedures. Assist in the preparation of patients for diagnostic testing and ensure their comfort. Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning of EKG machines. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide quality patient care. Educate patients on the procedure and answer any questions they may have. Requirements Ability to read and interpret EKG tests accurately. Certification as an EKG Technician or equivalent experience Strong understanding of cardiology principles and medical terminology. Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs. Knowledge of anatomy related to cardiovascular health is essential. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
