Cardiac Sonographer/Echo Tech (Full-Time) Northside Hospital United States, Georgia, Atlanta 1000 Johnson Ferry Road Northeast (Show on map) Jun 22, 2025 Northside Hospital is award-winning, state-of-the-art, and continually growing. Discover all the possibilities of a career at Northside today. Performs 2-D, M-mode, color flow mapping and cardiac Doppler echocardiography tests on the adult and geriatric patient population. Responsible for maintaining performance improvement documentation in cardiac and ultrasound in accordance with IAC.
Shift:
3×12 9:30am-10pm, days of the week will vary
REQUIRED
An appropriate credential in echocardiography:
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) from American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer (RCCS) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
Canadian Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CRCS), Sonography Canada
Advanced Cardiac Sonographer (ACS) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support
PREFERRED
Membership in professional society or societies related to the field of sonography.
Graduate of an accredited sonography or cardiovascular technology program.
